Anyways I will withdraw myself from this thread and hope I helped. To be honest I am unsure on the dev texture thing and so can't really comment anymore than that. They would still need to credit the author though. (As in they took the texture but not the layout of the map). If this is the case I wouldn't say that the maps are plagiarising the original map, just the texture from it. Well then if there is no dev texture in DoD (I wouldn't know) then they must of downloaded the texture from somewhere and they technically should credit the authors of the texture (unless the author specifically said that they didn't need to credit them). > all dev maps in any game a plagiarism of this mans work then? > did they add the dev textures because of this map?
